MeriCap Credit Launches New Web Site and Customer Portal

AccountButler is a customer self-service portal that was designed to provide customers with the ability to securely access information and perform tasks on their accounts over the Internet ," explained David Pederson, MeriCap's CIO. "This innovative product allows customers real time account information, including: invoices, titles, loan agreements, insurance certificates, account summaries, detailed account history, and the ability to make electronic payments, all at the user’s fingertips."
This new customer service portal integrates seamlessly into MeriCap’s proprietary internal collections and customer care systems, which means MeriCap can provide consistent and efficient customer support—whether it be through the 24/7 AccountButler site or through its call center.
