Job Title: DEALER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Lisle, IL
Responsibilities:
- Understand credit approval process and requirements. Ensure all the documents related to the credit approval are received and processed in accordance with operational procedures
- Providing excellent customer service related to all aspects of business - a do what it takes attitude to make customer and vendors happy
- Analyze lease or loan documentation to ensure accurate information is received and identify any deficiencies prior to funding
- Provide accurate, timely feedback to dealers and sales staff -- work closely with the dealers, customers, internal departments to meet rigorous deadlines
- Accurately enter all system data, file and program requirements for transactions
- Ensure documentation for lease and loan transactions are properly maintained and electronically stored
- Perfect company's security interests by ordering, reviewing lien searches, prepare UCC filings, or reviewing vehicle title documentation
- Order and follow-up of equipment inspections and/or verbally confirming equipment delivery and acceptance
- Basic understanding of various lease or finance structures to ensure all economic, legal, operational and accounting issues are satisfied
- Ability to multi-task while remaining detail focused
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Other duties and projects as assigned from time to time by management
Requirements:
- Proven track record of goal achievement
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Attention to detail and good mathematical aptitude
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suites)
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
- College degree or related work history
Job Title: TITLE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Lisle, IL
Responsibilities:
- Seeking a candidate that possess entrepreneurial aptitude, strong planning, team orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Providing excellent customer service related to all aspects of business - a do what it takes attitude to make customer and vendors happy
- Comprehensive understand of the commercial vehicle title processes and requirements - Ensure titles related to funded transactions are received in a timely manner
- Provide management with reports reflecting productivity, service levels and title status
- Self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis - ability to manage projects and deadlines
- Work closely with dealers and customers and other MeriCap departments to resolve title issues and problems
- Strong inquisitive, listening, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve customer and employee issues
- Assist with development and implementation of procedures and documentation related to title and registration work
- Other and projects as assigned from time to time by management
